"WHAT I BEEN DOING WHILE ON QUARANTINE"



I just had the idea this morning to share with you what i been doing this quarantine to try and stay productive. I love being home so this is not too hard for me to stay home anyways but i know that for many of you guys it is. Hopefully with this ideas that what i'm gonna share you get inspire to do some of this things while on quarantine.

COFFEE TIME: Just like every morning when i wake up i make my daily coffee, i sit down and i truly enjoy every sip. In the afternoon i been doing this cold coffee that i discovered and its so good (let me know if you guys want the recipe) its so easy.


STRECH YOUR BODY & MEDITATE: I been doing this for a while since the year started, not every single day but whenever i have a chance before work. Now that i don't have to go nowhere or get ready rushing to put the kids to school and get ready to go to work i take the time to put my yoga mat stretch my body and have a quiet moment for myself before the kids wake up. Very important: try to keep waking up early as usual so you don't lose your routine.

WORKOUT- ABS + TREADMILL: I discovered this abs youtube video from Chloe Ting that I been doing for couple months and I been doing the challenge Im gonna leave the video here- Chloe Ting ABS video might as well use this time to work on our body right?!
Treadmill I try to do it every single day for 30 min all incline at 3.0 speed ( while i'm on the treadmill i watch a Netflix series, YT video or be on my phone catching on the latest post- news.

MEAL PREP: To save on food and also time because who wants to be in the kitchen all day cooking, I like to meal prep, a least breakfast and lunch. Also some quick healthy snacks for the kids.

CLEAN UP MY CAMERA ROLL ON MY PHONE: I have tons and tons of pictures, whenever I have some time I go thru my pictures and delete delete delete, also delete the apps you dowloaded but never used .

CLEAN THINGS AROUND YOUR HOUSE: Trust me we all have a drawer where we just put random things right?! why not take the time and clean it up. Clean your kids toys, clean their closet maybe put clothes that don't fit them anymore, clean your closet as well, go thru mail that you kept pilling up, organize your papers, wash your makeup brushes, clean your desk, clean you night stand drawer, wash curtains, Clean your stove, clean your pantry i'm sure you gonna find expired food in there, Clean your shoes, heels, sandals, clean up that sock drawer, paint that room you been wanting to paint for so long, rearrange your room maybe it needs a change, etc I can keep going, theres so many things that we don't take the time to clean because we just get busy with the daily routine, this is the time to take care of those things and places around the house.

CLEAN AND DISINFECT: Now more than ever we have to make sure we deep clean our door knobs, tables etc everything that we touch. use Clorox mixed with water and disinfect everything.

ACTIVITIES WITH KIDS: Kids have a long school break, I try to a least do one activity with them every day. Yesterday we painted the driveway with chalks, and counted the lose change we have laying around and watched a movie. Of course we have to make sure that they read and write as well.

These are some of the things I been doing on this quarantine, hopefully it inspire you to take a least one of this ideas and incorporate it in your day. I take this as a break from the daily routine. Stay safe everyone.
