OLIVE OIL TREATMENT FOR DAMAGE HAIR

Good morning!

Our hair go thru phases all the time and we are one of those that like to use heat all the time or change our hair of color so often, Im pretty sure our hair would not be happy with all of that, thats why today Im sharing this oil treatment to thats going to give life back to the hair.

1- Warm 1/4 cup of olive oil in the microwave (be careful not to overheated it can get really hot and you can burn yourself)

2- Rub the oil all over your hair and at the same time do a massage on your scalp.

3- Cover your hair with a shower cap or if you don't have one you can use a grocery bag, leaver it for 30-40 min.
*In the meantime you can read a book, catch on your favorite TV show etc.

4- Rinse all the oil, go ahead and jump in the shower, wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner.

5- Now you can feel your hair so smooth and back to life.
