1- Wash your face once or twice daily. For example in the Morning and at Night before you go to bed.
2- Drink plenty of water a day! 2 Liter per day is recommendable.
3- Exfoliate your skin twice a week to get rid of dead skin.
4- Apply everyday even in the winter a light SPF to avoid blemishes, premature wrinkles, age spots etc.
5- Eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables! ( You can make Juices that contains fresh Fruits and Vegetables) its a easy way to get all the nutrients you need!
6- Use a good Moisturizing Cream for your face! There is a lot outhere, I personally use the Regenerist Luminous tone perfecting cream by Olay brand and I love it!
