"TREAT YOUR HAIR RIGHT"

:::Sometimes we forget about our hair, it also needs attention and treatments, so lets apply some routines to our lifestyle and have a healthy hair!

MAKE SUNDAY NIGHT DEEP-CONDITIONER NIGHT!

Sundays are usually relaxing days to stay IN and rest or treat ourselves, so lets use this time to nourish and strengthen your hair!..
Shampoo your hair, then work a deep treatment designed for your hair type through your strands from mid-lengh to ends. Then hop out of the shower and let it work for 10-30min. The longer you let the conditioner soak in before rinsing, the better!
These are some options.




BRUSH BEFORE YOU SHOWER!

Wet hair makes more difficult to detangle, and thats why we often create more frizz on the hair so detangle when its dry and brush it before you enter the shower, trust me it would make the job way easier! Brush the ends first then work you way up.



SKIP THE LATHER A FEW DAYS A WEEK!

If you can use dry shampoo instead of taking showers every single day, that would protect your hair also! Your hair will be softer and visibly shinier, and your color will last longer! Why dry shampoo?.. 
Dry shampoos come in spray or powder form, and not only soak up oil, they also clean hair, is water-free, and leave the hair smelling fresh. Washing your hair every single day is bad, because you take out the natural oils that the hair needs which makes your hair more prone to split ends and also weak which makes it break! Wash you hair 3-4 days per week and the rest I recommend to use the dry shampoo!
